Health

Health is the standard of functional or metabolic efficiency of a human being. In humans, it is the common condition of a person's mind, body and spirit, generally meaning to be free from illness, injuries or pain (such as "good health" or "healthy"). The World Health Organization (WHO) described health in its broader sense in 1946 as "a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing and never simply the absence of disease or infirmity." Although this description have been subject to controversy, in particular as lacking operational value and because of the issue created by use of the word "complete", it is still the most enduring. Classification techniques such as the WHO Family of International Classifications, including the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD), are generally useful to explain and calculate the components of health.

The upkeep and promotion of health is achieved by way of various mix off physical, mental, and social wellbeing, together sometimes referred to as the "health triangle". The WHO's 1986 Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion additionally stated that health is not just a state, but also "a resource for everyday life, not the objective of living. Health is a positive concept emphasizing social and personal resources, as well as physical capacities."

Systematic activities to avoid or cure health problems and promote good health in humans are carried out by health care providers. Programs regarding animal health are covered by the veterinary sciences. The word "healthy" is also popular in the context of several types of non-living organizations and their impacts to the benefit of humans, such as in the sense of healthy communities, healthy cities or healthy environments. In addition to health care interventions and a person's surroundings, several other factors are proven to influence the health status of people, including their background, lifestyle, and economic and social conditions; these are referred to as "determinants of health".

Following are most important things in Health:

Beauty

Beauty (also known as prettiness, loveliness or comeliness) is a characteristic of a person, animal, place, object, or idea that provides a perceptual experience of joy or satisfaction. Beauty is researched as part of aesthetics, sociology, social psychology, and culture. An "ideal beauty" is really an entity that is admired, or possesses features commonly attributed to beauty in a specific culture, for perfection.

The experience of "beauty" often involves the interpretation of some entity as being in balance and harmony with nature, which may lead to feelings of attraction and emotional happiness. Because this is a subjective experience, it is often said that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder."

There is evidence that perceptions of beauty are evolutionarily determined, that things, aspects of people and landscapes considered beautiful are typically seen in conditions likely to offer enhanced survival of the perceiving human's genes.

Diet

In nutrition, diet is the amount of food taken by a person or other organism. Eating habits are the habitual decisions a person or tradition makes when choosing what food items to eat. Using the word diet, is usually implied the use of particular intake of nutrition for health or weight-management factors. Although people are omnivores, each culture and each person holds some food preferences or some food taboos, because of individual tastes or ethical factors. Individual dietary choices may be more or less healthy.

Suitable nutrition requires ingestion and absorption of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and food energy by means of carbohydrates, proteins, vegetable oils, and fats. Dietary habits and options play an important role in quality of life, health and longevity, and can define cultures and may play a role in religion.

Disease

A disease is an unusual condition which affects the body of an organism. It is usually construed to be a medical problem associated with specific indications and signs. It could be caused by external factors, like infectious disease, or it could be caused by internal dysfunctions, such as autoimmune diseases. In people, "disease" is normally used more commonly to refer to any condition that causes pain, dysfunction, distress, social issues, or death to the person afflicted, or similar problems for people in contact with the person. In this wider sense, it sometimes includes accidents, disabilities, disorders, syndromes, infections, isolated symptoms, deviant behaviors, and atypical variations of structure and function, while in other contexts and for other uses these could be considered distinguishable types. Diseases usually impact persons not only physically, but also emotionally, as contracting and living with several diseases can modify one's perspective on life, and their character.

Death because of disease is called death by normal reasons. You will find four main types of disease: pathogenic disease, deficiency disease, hereditary disease, and physiological disease.

Diseases may also be classified as communicable and non-communicable disease.

Fitness

Fitness comprises two related principles: general fitness (a state of health and well-being), and particular fitness (a task-oriented classification based on the ability to perform certain aspects of sports or work). Health and fitness is normally achieved through proper nutrition, exercise, and enough rest.

Fitness has been defined as a group of attributes or characteristics that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to conduct physical exercise. The above definition from Physical Activity and Health: A study of the Surgeon General is the most common currently used meaning of physical fitness. It was originally used by Caspersen and has been used extensively. An alternative definition by Howley and Frank that provides additional descriptive information is: Physical fitness is a state of well-being with lower risk of earlier medical problems and energy to take part in various physical activities. When either is a good definition, most experts agree that physical fitness is both multidimensional and hierarchical.

In previous years, fitness was commonly defined as the capability to carry out the day?s activities without undue fatigue. However, as automation increased leisure time, changes in life styles following the industrial revolution rendered this definition insufficient. In current contexts, physical fitness is known as a measure of the body?s capability to function efficiently and effectively at work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic disorders, and to fulfill emergency situations.

Health is metabolic efficiency. Sickness is metabolic inefficiency. Nobody is totally healthy or completely sick. Each of us is a different combination of health and sickness. And each of us has a special combination of capabilities and disabilities, both emotional and physical.
